If I was Harry Truman when Roosevelt died, I would tell all of the citizens to stay calm. Also I would tell of the citizens what is going on with Japan. Another one would be that i would want everyone to have trust in me for getting everything straight. I would also like it if people would give me ideas for the crisis that's going on. This is what i would have done if I were Harry Truman.
