I think that the part of the book that really stuck to me was about Norman Bowker. The reason why is because when i was reading it a got a picture of what he was like. And also got a picture of the life he was living. He was a very lonely person, because when he came back to the war he didn't have anybody. And that was the reason why he had hung himself. So this was the most interesting part of the book that was interesting to me.

I totally agree with you Anthony, Norman's story was so powerful and meaningful, and that is why it sticks to our minds.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Norman Bowker's story was very meaninful because it portrait the effects of a war on a soldier. It showed how soldiers felt afterwards.
