Attack

I think roosevelt did the right decision when he decided to wait to get into the war. he did the right decision because if he had attacked beofre anyone had attacked us, the people would have gotten upset for attacking a country who had done nothing to us. That would create a problem inside the united states. That's why i think he did the right decision.
