Roosevelt absolutely made the decision in waiting as long as he could to join the war. Staying neutral is a good idea, no one gets hurt, there army doesn't spread to our land, and we can focus on our own problems and still help other allies. Though it looks bad that we had to wait until pearl harbor was attacked the war ended with the USA on top and thats all that matters in my book.

made the right decision*
ReplyDeleteThat is true Kenny, but also think about all the people that got hurt and killed. If Roosevelt would have made the choice of joining the war in the beginning many Jews probably wouldn't have died.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kenny. I think that Roosevelt did make the right choice. By staying on both sides, no one can get hurt and its a good choice. It's most important to focus on our own problems before theirs.
