The New Deal.

In my opinion, I think that "Cotton Industry" was one of the most significant New Deal programs because people were not growing edible crops and losing money that way. Since no one was going to eat cotton, farmers were going to make a lot more money through growing cotton. it was also a good idea because the cotton was more productive and it was going to provide other needs like clothes, because some people needed them during the great depression. Overall, most farmers had come to almost losing their farms, but growing cotton brought their farms back to business.
